Perhaps one of the biggest difference working in Japan was the ingredients. Everything is different here from the flour, sugar, eggs, to the fruits. Take for example the strawberry. They are all packed according to size and quality. Never would you find a half ripe strawberry in the pack nor would you find small strawberries hidden under large strawberries. A lot of care and preparation is taken into consideration in the products that they make here.
