Gateaux







Here's the magazine for professionals in pastry. It covers everything from pastry competitions in Japan to different patisseries throughout Japan. Unfortunately, it is not available in the book stores. You have to subscribe to the company, Yogashi Assoc., where you can be one of the members in the Federation of Japan Confectionery Assoc. or apply as an outside member. Of course, everythings in Japanese.
